Ocean Views and Easy Access to Downtown La Paz

Just north of downtown La Paz, the main road starts to wind up into the hills. Here you will see both condo towers and single family homes perched on the hillsides, many with stunning views overlooking the Bay of La Paz. Communities here include Pedregal, a gated community of condos and single family homes situated on some of La Paz’s most sought after real estate. Other communities nearby include Palmira, Torres Cantera, and Alttus Condominiums. Across the road and just a few minutes north on the bay side of the highway you’ll find the popular public Coromuel and El Caimancito beaches, and the La Concha condominiums. A few minutes further to the north lies the premier golf resort and residences of Puerta Cortez. Lot sizes in general tend to be smaller on this side of town, and homes are often multistory to take in the views. If you are aiming for spectacular views, this part of town certainly delivers.
