Expat Brighton West and realtor Ian Wilson provide a tour of La Paz Centro’s housing communities.
Last month, our friend Brighton West and Baja Life Realty’s Jim MacDonald brought us a tour of El Centenario neighborhoods. In this video, Brighton, an expat from Portland, Oregon, and Baja Life Realty’s Ian Wilson give you a tour of La Paz’s downtown neighborhoods. The La Paz Centro area is the heart of La Paz. Famous for its 3 mile long waterfront promenade, known as the “malecon,” La Paz Centro is where locals and visitors alike come to walk, bike, rollerblade and enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of downtown. Residents in this area enjoy easy, walkable access to a wealth of local restaurants, cultural events, shops and nightlife. Homes in this area vary widely from single family homes in the hills of Pedregal to multi-story condos in the marina overlooking the Bay. If you are dreaming of having the malecon, restaurants, nightlife, and the buzz and the walkability of downtown La Paz just steps from your door, this video is for you.
