Licensed Brokerage
Baja Life Realty is a real estate brokerage licensed by the state of Baja California Sur and registered with the Multiple Listing Service of Baja California Sur (MLS BCS) and AMPI (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.C.). Our brokerage License# is: LIC-RAPIBCS-0515. The MLS BCS is the most comprehensive of its kind in the Mexican market, with over 900 registered agents as members representing thousands of properties throughout the state of BCS. PROFECO Registration
In addition, we adhere to the requirements set forth by PROFECO, Mexico’s consumer protection agency, in its regulation NOM-247-SE-2021. The purpose of the NOM regulation is to ensure that the purchase and sale of real estate, including any agreements relating to such transactions, comply with information requirements and other elements for the consumer’s protection. These include (the following documents include both Spanish and English versions):

- We ensure our clients are aware in advance of any fees and fixed costs involved in the sale or purchase of their home.
